1. Overview

DashDrop is a platform that enables creators to sell digital products directly to buyers. By using DashDrop, you agree to these terms.

2. Creator Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Creators must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts.
• You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform.

3. Digital Products

• Creators are solely responsible for the content and quality of their digital products.
• Products must not contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• DashDrop reserves the right to remove products that violate these terms.

4. Purchases and Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• A platform fee of 5% + $0.30 is deducted from each sale.
• Remaining funds are deposited to the creator's connected Stripe account.
• All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting support.

5. Downloads

• Buyers receive a time-limited download link after purchase.
• Download links expire after 24 hours and are limited to 3 downloads.
• Buyers may contact support for assistance with expired links.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Upload malware or malicious content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Redistribute purchased products without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

DashDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits or data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
